Players are solely responsible for verifying
the gaming laws in their jurisdictions, and should do so before playing any
Casino games for real money.
The Casino
is restricted to individuals of legal age who are residents of jurisdictions
where use of the Casino, and its games, is not prohibited by law.
Minors
are strictly forbidden in the Casino.
All games played by minors are considered null and void. No winnings will be paid to minors.
Players may
enter the Casino and play games free of charge, on a Fun Account. No purchase
is necessary and no winnings will be paid for free games.
Players who
choose to play games for real money do so at their own discretion, and at their
own risk. As in any game of chance, there is a risk of losing money when
playing casino games.
By
installing or using the Casino software, using the Casino website, opening a
Casino Account, and placing bets, players are deemed to have given their
consent to the Casino terms and conditions and declared that they are eligible
to participate in gaming activities for real money.
Casino
Management reserves the right to change, modify or delete Games, Game rules
(including odds and payoffs), and Casino Legal Policies and Terms and
Conditions at any time, without prior notice.
Players'
personal identity and account details will remain confidential. The Casino will
not report indentifying information, or gaming history information of any
Player to any third party, unless required by appropriate government authority.
Players are
solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account access
credentials (login name & password) and financial instruments (credit card
numbers). The account owner will bear full responsibility if another individual
accesses the Casino account without permission.
