Anti-Spam Policies
Introduction
Crystal Spin Casino has a Zero Tolerance
anti-spam policy. Should the Casino make
any changes to this policy, the changes will be advertised on the Casino Home
Page before they take effect.
Definition of Spam
Spam is unsolicited email, usually of
commercial origin, including, but not limited to, junk mail. Most commercial spam is sent in bulk
mailings. Recipients find spam to be
intrusive, irrelevant, or offensive.
Spam wastes time and resources of the recipient and the Internet Service
Provider.
How Crystal Spin Casino avoids Spamming
Crystal Spin Casino follows strict rules to
ensure that no customer receives an unsolicited email. Crystal Spin Casino's anti-spam rules
include the following:
Consent:
Crystal Spin Casino undertakes not to send unsolicited bulk emails to players
without the players' consent. The option
to "opt-in" or "opt-out" of bulk mailings is part of the Crystal Spin Casino
registration process. Players are
assumed to opt out of marketing emails unless they specifically state
otherwise.
Unsubscribe:
Every email that Crystal Spin Casinos sends will contain an "unsubscribe"
link. Email recipients can use this link
to remove the recipient email address from the mailing list. Crystal Spin Casino account holders can
choose to return to the mailing list at any time after unsubscribing.
Notification:
Crystal Spin Casino undertakes not to change this policy without first
notifying all Casino account holders.
Notification will be posted on the Crystal
Spin Casino home page.
